Alcohol distillation automatic oil taker is based on the different propagation between fusel oil and diluted alcohol and is layered, to realize continuous take oil, and avoid distillation of the influence of temperature instability due to take oil, improve the quality of the finished alcohol. When take oil, after all installation are ready, open the control switch, the oil taker will take oil continuously.
The oil taker must be equipped under the outlet of the fusel oil in the rectifying tower, so as to make the fusel oil flow automatically from the rectifying tower, the separate tube must be placed in a horizontal position. When start to taking the oil, keep the two air valves opening, turn on the control button, crude alcohol and the tap water flow out, according the temperature of the temperature pickup, the automatic control system will control the flow rate of the water, the crude alcohol and the tap water will full to mixed in the mixer, then flow to the separate tube, at this while, the fusel oil and the faints will be separated. When the liquid reaches the liquid level, the fusel oil and the faints will flow out from the oil taker pipe and the faints pipe separately, in this way, the faints may be flow back to the appropriate position of the hog still, the fusel oil flow to the barrel of it. This is the whole process of the oil taker.
