JG series fermentation tank is equipment for fermenting and mechanical stir to raw material. The tank, control system, gas source, hot source, are designed to incorporated. Adopted inside cycle, disperse the agitating valve, break the bubble technology. This equipment has a high speed in dissolving the O2, good effective in mixing. Widely used in fermenting in medical, chemical, food and other industry.
This equipment is researched and developed by Zhongde Company and Shandong University, Shandong Light industrial college. The reaction tank is made by high-strength glass, can be autoclaved. The whole system is easy to disconnect to remove the reaction tank, inner spare parts, dropping liquid ring, breath ring and so on. There is a useful stainless steel support plate, which is used to add some spare parts, such as air control valve, water pipe and so on.
Computer monitors the whole process, and gathers the data, such as temperature, pressure, PH data, speed and so on. All the important data will be appear just press the button. Press again will show you more information of each individual data. It is very simple to operate. Besides, the equipment adopted reliable mechanical seal, ensure the equipment to work stable for a long time. Stepless speed regulation provides a strong and quiet power to meet all types of fermentation products.
